Personal Story
At around 20 years of age Kingsley started developing severe back pain, this was later diagnosed as Ankolysing Spondalitis, This led to changing career, changing diet, learning a whole heap about stretching and walking very, very slowly. Over a period of about 7 years, the pain decreased, but diet and exercise had become a part of his life. Read his list of "Journey Tips to Health" here. After a long shift working overnight, Kingsley came home one morning to be greeted by his daughter (who was less than 2 years old), as he opened the front door, she ran screaming to other end of the house because “some strange man had just walked in”. It was another life changing moment when a career change was needed to get life back into gear. He has been involved coaching children for over 35 years and still loves it. He is currently coaching his daughter’s soccer team and helping his son to learn about sailing. He has always attributed much of their childrens success to his wife Rosemary and her devotion to their children in so many ways. Far from believing his earlier ill health was a problem, he now lives a life that is enriched from having been sick when he was younger. How many 45 year olds do you know who can do handstands, cartwheels, run and jump with their children. Nearly all the development work for Investment Kids was done by himself, writing books, software, the website, design etc however when it came to marketing the system and letting other children and parents benefit from it, he asked his niece Roslyn Lane to work with him on the project. Roslyn has been responsible for getting the media coverage and holding the office together behind the scenes.
